Easy Instant Pot Turkey Chili

Easy Instant Pot Turkey Chili

20 mins prepServes 8

A lighter, brothy turkey chili that’s still hearty enough to feed everybody. I browned the turkey on the stove first because I just like the way it cooks better than using the sauté setting on the Instant Pot.

Instructions

Brown the ground turkey with the onion and fresh garlic in a skillet on the stove.

Transfer everything to the Instant Pot.

Add the fire-roasted tomatoes, ranch-style beans, chili-style pinto beans, water, Better Than Bouillon, V8 and all of the seasonings. Stir everything together.

Cook on High Pressure for 5 minutes.

Release the pressure, stir and taste. Add additional salt if needed.

Serve with all the good chili stuff: shredded cheese, sour cream and oyster crackers. Cornbread on the side makes it a whole situation.
